Refund, Subscription, and Workshop Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee & Subscription Policy

 

Money-Back Guarantee
You may be eligible for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Active Enrollment & Full Commitment: You must be actively enrolled in the course and demonstrate consistent participation, including attending all live sessions, completing all learning modules, and submitting required assignments and projects.

  • Completion of Course Requirements: You must complete the entire course curriculum, including passing all internal assessments and practical components.

  • Career Engagement: You must provide reasonable evidence of efforts to apply the course learnings, such as job applications, portfolio submissions, interviews, or professional networking.

  • No Interruptions: You must not suspend or drop out of the program. Any extended breaks or inactivity without prior written approval will void eligibility for a refund.

 

If you have fulfilled all of the above and do not experience any tangible professional or career outcomes from the course, you may submit a refund request. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine final eligibility. If the refund is approved, then it will be credited to the customer's account within 15 days.

Subscription Payments
All subscription payments for access to tools, platforms, or services are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

2. Workshop, Batch Change, and Candidate Transfer Policy

 

Batch Change Requests

  • Batch change requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the original course start date.

  • If the new batch has a higher fee, the difference must be paid in full before the transfer is approved.

  • If the new batch has a lower fee, a non-refundable credit note will be issued for future use.

 

Candidate Transfer

  • You may transfer your seat to another individual by submitting a written request at least 48 hours before the course start date.

  • The attending candidate will be eligible to receive the course completion certificate, not the original enrollee.

3. Important Notes

  • Eligibility for a refund is subject to strict compliance with the conditions outlined above.

  • All batch change and transfer requests must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to the course start date.

  • Subscription payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
